Any suggestions for a tasty protein bar without all the artificial sweeteners and other bad stuff? I generally shop at costco and they have a ton to pick through. We also have a popeyes suppliments store near by. THanks for the help.

Thanks guys! MMm chocolate chip cookie dough sounds delicious. Hope costco carries that brand. If I get extra ambitious, I could try and make my own.0

I make Jamie Eason's Pumpkin Protein bars all the time. You can google the recipe.

I love Pure Protein bars, some great flavor choices and low in sugar.0

I like the Balance Bar Bare brand -- not too much sugar, good fiber and protein pump. If I had time to make them, I would -- but I try not to eat more than 2-3 per week, so it's better to buy them already made.0

NuGo Organic bars. They also have a non organic cheaper variety, but they are still all natural and GMO free. I eat them here and there and they are delicious. Coated in REAL chocolate. Mmmmm...0

I've read the ingredients on most of the available bars and don't think they're anything but candy. I suggest you search the web for some protein bar recipes. I have one that includes peanut butter and it's excellent. No cooking. Just put it in the fridge and cut into bars. It takes a bit more time but is much more healthy.0

Do you have a food processor by any chance? Because it's really easy to make your own if you do. All you need are dried fruits and nuts, which you can probably get in huge quantities at Costco.0
