Stronger arms?

I can't even do ONE pushup but, I really want to get stronger....
Does anyone have ideas of arm exercises to make me stronger? THANKS!

Incline Push-Ups (off of a wall or rack)

Dips (I use a bench or chair that's firmly supported)

If you have access to light dumbbells, then there's an assortment of curls and kickbacks that you can find online.

Hi I could not do even 1 push up 3 months ago, even a month ago I failed...I always went for the modified ones...Suddenly a few weeks ago while watching a video over youtube 'How to do Push ups', I tried doing on my toes and I could, not just 1 but 7 of them...I was so happy...Now I manage to do 12--15 at one go...I think body weight and fat does matter (lowering helps a lot) also strength training those arms with free weights..I lift dumbbells 2-3 times a week 16 pounds one(I know its not much, but I see some muscle definition). All the best keep doing the modified ones and you will succeed...:flowerforyou:0

Here's my blog on how I built up from nothing to be able to do 10 full push-ups following a shoulder injury. The wide-leg variants were a real eye opener as the "missing link" between stages.
