Caloric differences

So, another place I look to in order to find out the nutritional value of foods is www.calorieking.com

HERE, I put in 2 fish tacos from Taco Del Mar. It gave me a caloric value of 320. Put in 2 fish tacos at calorieking, and I get a caloric value of 540! That's a HUGE difference.

That makes me a big nervous...having such huge differences. Do you get verification from other websites ever? And if you find a difference in the nutritional value, what do you do?

I'm not sure what Taco Del Mar is but I assume its a restaurant. When I am eating resaurant food, I got the nutritional values from the restaurant itself, no from on here. All fast food places have nutritional pamphlets you can take away with you. If it is a sit down restaurant ask your server for the information, they will get it for you

I am with Kerri...I always got to the website of the place I am eating to get the calorie count. According to the Taco Del Mar site it is 270 calories per taco, so 540 for both.
