Weekends

Have a very hard time sticking to 1200 calories on the week end.:mad: Guess there is more food around and the temptation to eat out!!Can do it all week days. Wonder if I can still lose weight, if I can take weekends off!!!!

    Hey -- I am the same way - but unfortunately for me, the answer was 'no,' I can't stop counting on the weekends and still lose weight. Good luck to you!

    I have tried to stick to 1200 over the weekends, for the most part. But there is the occasion (more then one or two) that I am not able to. I find, it does help me to lose more weight. I'm not depriving myself. It kind of shakes up my body. It is so used to the same amount of food, when I go over a little it helps that little extra come off. That's just me, good luck!!

    Exercise more on those days to make up for the extra calories.
