Insanity Question!

I finished month 1 of insanity, and followed the calender. However, after I ran a 10k, got severe pains on the bottom of my foot the day before recovery week. It hurt to the point I couldn't walk on it. So I missed recovery week. The next week came and it still hurt, yet I still pushed through and went for walks. I finally went to the chiropractor and turns out that I had rolled my ankle and my hip was slightly out of socket. After it was fixed, I felt so much better! After that I did a day of Pure Cardio, and a day of Core Cardio and Balance. I just started Month 2 after missing 1 week and a half.. my eating is clean.. so will I still get results with month two?

    You'll have better results than if you didn't do month 2 :) Forget about your hiccup and move on... if you stay dedicated to it (just like any workout) you will see change. Good luck!
