Everyone likes a little convenience.
I am so bored with the ONE food bar I found I can eat.
I cannot have nuts or soy protein, soy lecithin is ok though.

Anyone have suggestions?
(Rice & Egg are fine, whey is ok in moderation for me)

Hmmm, ok. I will take the suggestion of shutting the hell up then.

I know know off the top of my head if these have nuts in them, but I know they don't have soy in them. Some of the flavors I buy have nuts/peanut butter in them, but I think there are some that don't. If you're allergic, they may not be made in a nut-free facility. I normally eat these when cycling, so I don't know if they fit into what you are looking for.

    Bonk Breaker
    Pro Bar
    Active X Bars
    GNU bars

These are the only ones I've found that don't have soy in them (it seems that all the others do). I'm interested to find out what brand you have been buying.

Whole Foods carries a brand, I want to say it's called Health Warrior, that might fit the bill.. The label has all these things it doesn't contain proudly listed on the front. And it's SHAMAN BLESSED! I don't know why that amuses me so much. It was tasty enough. They had some other pure fruit ones and Chia ones, not sure if it's what you're looking for or not, more a snack, than anything containing protein, on those last two, I think. They had a bunch that were the more "natural, No X ingredient" types, so if you have a WF near you, it might be worth a browse.

Edit: I did a Google search. Health Warrior is the Chia ones. http://healthwarrior.com/ I can't remember what the raw, vegan, shaman blessed ones were called know. I'm on a mission, I'll figure it out. FOUND IT! I remembered it had a Thunderbird on the package, so, take a look here: http://thunderbirdenergetica.com/ Wait, it seems all of their flavors except for one contain nuts.

Ok, I did another Google search for "peanut soy free nutrition bar" and got these links. I hope they help.

extremely, especially since I have not always been like this.
I only found out 6 months ago that I was allergic.
But then again, I am usually nuts enough to make up for all of it.

    I miss peanut butter.

If you're up for cooking, try the lean green bean's quinoa breakfast bar: http://www.theleangreenbean.com/quinoa-breakfast-bars/ but make the following substitutions:

-omit the nuts and throw some dark chocolate chips or extra fruit in there
-omit the nut butter and use mashed banana, making sure you use the applesauce rather than the mashed banana further down the recipe.
