suggestions...

so, i have been finding it hard to stay on track latley... and i am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for extra motivation. For example, my friend has an inspirational picture on her fridge... Any ideas?

    Well I believe motivation has to come from within, but one thing to think about is in 3 months from now would you rather be thinner, healthier and happier and well on your way to your goal, or be the same as you are now (If not more unhealthy and less happy!)? The time will pass whether you work out and eat healthy or not, so you might as well put the effort in! Good luck :smile:
