Low salt alternative to Hunt's spaghetti sauce?

I'm doing the diet plan for someone who is very stubbornly stuck in their ways (due to a condition they cannot help) and my husband and I are re-working his diet. One of his favorite foods is spaghetti with hamburger in the sauce. We're going to reduce the portions of the spaghetti as well as get leaner meat, but I'm concerned about the sodium in the spaghetti sauce due to the sodium content of other things he eats throughout the day. He buys Hunt's brand and loves it, so he's not going to take it well if we encourage him to change brands. He's an adult and he's the one who does the cooking and decides what to eat, but we're the ones who take him shopping so we're going to attempt to nudge him in the right direction.
So is there a low-sodium alternative to Hunt's spaghetti sauce, preferably in the Hunt's brand name?

Hunt's does a "No Salt Added" tomato sauce. You could use that as a base for your spaghetti sauce--just add your own meat, veggies, and herbs.0
