Is there any way to add my daily vitamins such as One-A-Day, D3, and Omega 3 Fish Oil?

Either scan them with the barcode scanner on the app version or type the name into the search bar on either version. MFP only tracks calcium, iron, and vitamins A and C but it can track the calories from your fish oil pills.0

I take the GNC Triflex Womens Multi Vitapak and just scanned the barcode and entered the info myself (since it does have calories)0
