getting ready to crock pot some boneless beef short ribs---anyone have a fave recipe for me?

    I add stock, a couple of splashes of tamari, chopped up green onions, grated fresh ginger, garlic, pepper, and sometimes veggies to make more of a soup (cabbage, carrots, turnips, greens that need to be eaten up, etc).
