seem to have lost it :(

I recently had to stop going to the gym for about a month due to a health issue. Not only have I lost so much stamina but I have lost my drive and motivation. I am really frustrated with myself and can't seem to get that hard head determination back. Any suggestions?? Thanks !

  • All I can say it "just do it"!! It will take a few days or weeks to get back in the mood to exercise. I know - been there, done that. You will sleep better, feel better and your self esteem will improve.

    lambchoplewis is right! you can't wait for the mood to hit because, honestly, it may not ever. Change your clothes and go work out...whether you feel like it or not! Then you will start to get it back :smile:

    Dont compare to the last time you were at the gym, compare to when you started.
