I just started drinking water religiously as a way to help myself get back into shape. I am also eating healthier (no junk food, cokes, etc etc) I've noticed since drinking more water I continuously have a lingering thirst. I also have to pee a lot since drinking more water. I understand using the restroom more due to drinking more water, but why would I have a lingering thirst as well?
