How Many Calories?

Hello all, looking for a little bit of advice on calories, as I am getting conflicting numbers. I am currently in my second week of really starting to stick with a healthier lifestyle. I can't figure out my target calories level because I keep getting different results.

Goal: Lose about 2 pounds a week.

5' 10" 22 years old. Currently weigh 186 LBS, would like to get back down to roughly 155.

Activity wise, I have a desk job in the day, but usually do cardio (2-3 miles) at anywhere from 7-9 min mile pace at least 3/4 times a week. I am doing one day of weight training with just cardio warmup of roughly ten minutes on a stationary bike or elliptical and then weight exercises. I may add a second weight day (time is limited at the actual gym).

Any clue on where I should be eating at to get these goals moving?
