Spell out acronyms & abbreviations on the first reference.

If you're going to use an acronym or abbreviation in a post, please spell it out on the first reference (the first time you use it). Not everyone has the same level of knowledge, and I've seen acronyms used for fairly arcane things without explanation. It takes a little extra time, but is a courtesy to other forum members.
Examples:
Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE);
Intermittent Fasting (IF);
High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT).
