Poundcake recipe--not healthy!

This is a recipe that I am posting at the request of my lovely friends. This poundcake is a mix between a traditional poundcake and an angel's food cake. It is lower on calories than most poundcakes (which are between 400-600 calories per slice) at 370 calories, or 296 if you cut it into 15 pieces rather than 12.

So, by request, my poundcake recipe!

1 stick margarine, room temp
1 stick unsalted butter, room temp
2 cups white sugar
2 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
3 cups AP flour (you could probably substitute for another, healthier kind if you have any!)
1/2 tsp each of baking soda and baking powder
1 tsp. kosher salt (regular salt works fine, but I use kosher in all of my cooking.)
1 1/2 tsp. Bourbon vanilla extract (regular works just as well, but bourbon vanilla is smoother)

Cream together the sugar and butter/margarine mixture until it's smooth.
Add in eggs and egg whites and beat until blended thoroughly.

Stir in one cup of flour at a time until completely mixed. Then stir in the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla until everything is blended well.

Do not overmix! Only stir as much as you need to. Pour into a baking dish (the one I used I THINK was a 9x12x2) and spread evenly. Put into a 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes, or until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean and cake it brown on top.

I cut this into 12 pieces, but you can cut it smaller or bigger, just remember that you will have to adjust the cals! At 12 pieces, it is 370 calories per slice.
