Exercise to much?

Ive just started rowing to lose weight and im rowing a hour 2 days on one day off, the problem is ive not lost any weight for last 2 weeks but im still rowing dieting the same
So can u over exercise?

The body needed diversity. You should always strive to vary your cardio to keep the body burning. Maybe row one day and elliptical one day then switch it up.

That is my basic mantra.
My primary exercise is swimming. No impact and it uses more muscles than any other single exercise and no impact. I also spend time in the weight room.
My motivation to exercise is two fold. To help maintain muscle while losing the fat and to increase what I can eat during the day. Many day it more than doubles my intake target. :bigsmile:
Mix it up a bit. Try swimming if you have access to a pool.0
