Higher calorie foods

I need some suggestions for some higher calorie foods (excluding nuts/fish) my go to foods are broccoli, peppers, squash, pears, strawberries, cucumbers, feta cheese, greek youghert, chicken/beef....but i have a hard time getting my calorie goals especially when I exercise 1560 doesn't sound like much so I thought I could get it no problem.

Cooking oils like coconut oil and olive oil, full fat cheese, and butter.0

Those look like pretty low calorie foods to me.
In addition to what justsomerando said, I'd add sweet potatoes, avocados, grains (quinoa, whole wheat pasta, rolled oats, whole wheat bread, rye crackers) dates, shredded coconut, whole eggs, olives, bacon, dark chocolate and the full fat versions of your Greek Yogurt and feta cheese if you aren't eating those already.0 -
