Hi all, I'm interested in incorporating kettlebell exercises in my routine but have no clue where to start or what weights to start with.

I started kettlebell reading Lorna Kleidmans book BodySculpting for Women. I think it's Dragon Door that also has very good videos from what I understand, never done them myself.0
