I'd someone in work, that I don't know or at least only to see, came up to me discretely and said how well I was looking that I had lost weight. sometimes comments/support come at just the right time. I'd been feeling a bit demotivated, I'm still working out but I haven't been as good about my food.

My OH can't see my weight loss. He's knows it's there, I've told him. He knows I'm way fitter now, but he can't see that I'm smaller - but hey I suppose he's always been very supportive of me regardless of what size I am.

Nice to get the recognition and gives you a boost.
