New and not sure

Hello, just need some help to start my fitness..

i have no idea where to begin...
I am 26, i have a full time job, go to school and have an 8 year old son.
i need some help and advice on what i need to do for execerising.. what is the best thing to start with and etc..
i obviously dont eat that well and i try to eat healthy but its really hard..

i am often very tired when i get home from work and i hardly sleep at night. how can i get extra energy to want to work out?
i just need some help to get started..

    Hey there :)
    It's often hard to find the time for ourselves but you have to remember that you deserve time as well! :) Even just making small changes can add up! Because of my job, many days I come home physically EXHAUSTED but that's okay, I don't need to go to the gym everyday. Even just walking to/from work is at least something. I used to be even more exhausted before though, I think that was because of my poor food choices :/ Not saying I am perfect now, but compared to before MFP.... big difference haha....
