Workout oath

I realize, like most female creatures (and some males), that I am an emotional person and use food to cope. So instead of beating myself up for eating cheese cake and drinking a long island, I have vowed to work out every day. Here is my workout oath:
Whether I am happy or sad, glad or mad...
Whether I have eaten like an angel or pigged out like a devil,
I solemnly vow to work out my body every day
Though it be pouring rain or pouring sunshine,
Through PMS or sleepless nights
I will always find at least 30 minutes to
Work my body that has seen fit to house my abusive soul.

I solemnly vow to work out my body every day
Though it be pouring rain or pouring sunshine,
Through PMS or sleepless nights
I will always find at least 30 minutes to
Work my body that has seen fit to house my abusive soul.
