    I had a guy come up to me last week in the middle of my shoulder workout....he poked my shoulder with his finger and said "wow, you're really getting cut"....nice compliment...but dude, don't touch me!

    To a woman: I can lift more than that! and my personal pet peeve: Can I be your spotter?
    You can have this station after my last set...(and then get on your phone)
