Help! I must not be exercising correctly!

I've been exercising now for almost three months, yet somehow I am not getting the results I see in all the before/after pics others post, both here and on popular exercise program sites.

For some reason, no matter how hard I exercise, my chest and back hair remains unchanged! For everyone else, as they get fit, toned, strong and ripped, their chest and back hair disappears! Not to mention that my pale skin has stayed pale, while theirs develops a nice bronze tone after only 90 days of exercise.

What am I doing wrong!!!!????
