Hi I just have another quick question, I started counting my calories and eating healthier on Monday, ever day this week i have been below my calories.
these are the calories i have left for
Monday Remaining 572
Tuesday Remaining 362
Wednesday Remaining 235
will this effect my weight loss, I am finding it hard to get all my calories in as i am not hungry . Another thing I wanted to know,
this is my normal calories with out exercising Your Daily Goal 1,380 and if I track my exercise i get a extra 200 so I just wondered does anyone use the extra points they get for exercising or do you just ignore them ???

It sounds like you are not eating nearly enough, and will definitely effect your weight loss. Although you will probably loose initially with this much calorie restriction, it will most likely be mainly from water and also short lived. I would definitely recommend you read this great post:

It should also answer your questions about exercise calories and whether or not to eat them back. Also, if you are having a hard time eating enough calories, try a handful of nuts, avocado, peanut butter, or another great snack that is a little higher in calories but still nutritionally helpful.
