Today as I was loading my kids in the car my neighbor asked me if I had lost weight He said he almost didn't recognize me. I know he was just being kind but the fact that he noticed I had lost weight at all made me smile. It's only 15 lbs and I'm stuck in between pant sizes right now, so I know all my hard work is paying off, I just couldn't really see it in anything other than my face yet. Made my day knowing someone else could already

It's funny you say that because I've decided not to mention my weight loss endeavor to many people because I want them to notice themselves. I'm looking forward to being asked if I lost weight soon enough without me prompting a "look at me". I know for me that may take a little longer 'cause I'm much heavier but looking foward to it none the less.

Last summer I went home to Oklahoma for my grandma's memorial and saw family I hadn't seen in over 3 years. I walked up to meet my aunt and uncle at a travel stop we'd agreed to meet at. They walked right past me!

When I said "Aunt Cindy!" she turned, squinted, and said "Tammy? Oh my God--you're so skinny!!!"
