Your garden sounds great! I have cucumbers, green beans, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and hot peppers (ancho, New Mexico chilies, and jalapenos) started and still indoors. Outside I have carrots and beets as well as a patio blueberry bush and strawberries from years past. I grow entirely in containers since I onlu have concrete in my backyard.

Mesclun, lemon cucumbers, yellow squash, two kinds of tomato, Basil, peppermint, cilantro, green peppers! All in containers as our soil is so full of caliche.

I was just about to start a topic like this. Thanks for doing it for me! I LOVE gardening.

Let's see if I can remember everything I've got started: Japanese cucumbers, cantaloupes, watermelons, scallop squash, yellow squash, zucchini, sweet peppers, hot peppers, lots of various tomatoes, beans, Thai eggplants, eggplants, and different flowers for cutting.

I spent about 2 hours in my community garden plot today, putting down compost, mixing it in, and planting marigolds.

Camilla- how I wish I had rhubarb! Unfortunately I've yet to see it grown in containers with much luck.

just peas, kale, lettuce, onions so far, waiting on some warmer weather for the tomatoes and peppers - guess I need to get on the ball and plant my spice seeds though- I have been craving fresh basil something fierce

It grows in a little messy but I usually trim it.

Oh, you meant an actual garden. Carry on :smokin:

I feel like I had to! Nice to see so many farmers out there ;)

Strawberries, cherry tomatoes, habanero peppers and banana peppers (on the porch in pots). In the gardens I have sweet bell peppers (yellow and green), pole beans, seedless cukes, yellow squash, zucchini and tomatoes. :flowerforyou: Don't forget all the flowers too!

I imagine you would have a LOT more options. What a move! Try to grow a pineapple, that's every I would do.

    Every year I plant this:

    1 acre of sweet corn
green beans, carrots, yellow peppers, radishes, cantaloupe, watermelon, onions, potatoes.

And, yes, i have a 2 acre plot just for a "garden".

we usually can enough to make it all the way through winter, and we trade off for other veggies at the farmers market ( everyone plants cucumbers and tomatoes, so i don't grow them.
