Needing motivation and accountability like crazy.

Hi! My name is Carrie and I just started using MFP today. I'm 32, married, mother of 2, and finishing my PhD. The main purpose of me using MFP is for motivation and accountability. I know what I need to do to meet my goals, I have just lacked the motivation and/or will power to make the changes or do the work to get there. Of course I have a long list of excuses; moved to a new town, no local support system (I do have my husband, but that doesn;t always work), family, weekly travel, yadda, yadda, yadda. So, I am hoping to develop a support system on MFP that will give me a swift kick in the butt when I need. I was consistently doing crossfit for two years until we moved in January. I felt the best I had since before starting to have babies in December. I have done marthons, 1/2 marathons, trail half marathons, adventure races, a Tough Mudder and triathlons. I really enjoy training for events, but have not been able to pull myself out of my rutt since relocating. Since January, I have gained 8 pounds back of my 20 pound weight loss, lost a lot of muscle and I don't even know what my body fat percent is at the moment. I am actually having a DXA ran this weekend to get my baseline body fat number, it won't be pretty.
Goals:
Lose 10 lbs (will add a body fat% goal and an inches goal)
Train consistently (crossfit and endurance work)
Run in a 10 mile trail run in July.
Run a 25k trail race in September.
Run a trail 1/2 marathon in Oct.
Begin racing cyclo-cross again in the fall.
Stick to my paleo template.
Accepting friend requests, the more the merrier on this adventure.
