Need some weight-loss back up please!

Hello,

I had a horrible experience clothes shopping yesterday. There were XXL jumpers and bulgy bits. Not good. So I have decided that I absolutely have to start some serious dieting! Unfortunately, I'm snackaholic carb-addict who is training to be a baker/pastry chef. It's not going to be easy :(

It's really hard for me to stay motivated, especially when results are hard to see.

I'm hoping that by joining MFP I can keep it up until I reach my goal weight :)

    Hello,
    the good thing about calorie counting is that there is no "forbidden food..." :-) so if you feel like having a snack, you can :-) as long as you record every single food you eat, success is garanteed :)

    try to have fruit, low fat yogurt as snacks, they are low in calories

    my snack is normally a cup of tea and some veg Carrot etc and of course i've pre packed them so I can grap when I'm hungry and not the other stuff

    I've also made a personal choice of not eat wheat which helps
