How effective is walking?

I lost all my weight so far just by walking.0

So basically you subtract one calorie for each minute you are exercising? Sorry for the lame questions, I just have a hard time understanding it all because people have such conflicting thoughts/ideas/answers.
I would, because if I divide MY BMR by the number of minutes in the day, that is what I get. Your BMR may be wildly different, so your numbers may be very different.0 -
I'm wondering the same thing, what's the point of it if you have to subtract numbers anyways? I will just keep going with what the HRM tells me!
I don't bother either, I figure it is all approximations anyway so I go with the flow. I figure that 60-120 (depending on how strict your interpretation is) is right along side with how far off in either direction my misestimation of food intake, BMR and TDEE actually are.0
