Hey everyone,

23 year old Londoner desperately trying to lose weight! Having put on a stone over the past 5 months, I'm feeling pretty terrible.

Goal is to get back to old weight at the very least by July (holiday goal, of course).

Will be using lots of yoga to help ease my mind, and hope to exercise as much as possible now that the sun is shining. I'm hoping to use Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred as initial boost and motivator!

Would be great to have advice and support etc :) Thanks everyone and good luck!
