Anyone else CrossFitting on your own/small town?

I recently moved to a small town in NE MO. I have been doing CrossFit for the past 2 years who I lived previously but no one in the small town of 17,000 does CrossFit or really knows what it is. I am just curious if there are any other individuals who are doing CrossFit COMPLETELY on their own? What have you done to keep yourself motivated, equipment you have utilized (most gyms do not allow olympic lifting or have the equipment I would like to use), and what resources do you use for your programming? I have been utilizing the programming on CrossFit Endurance website some. Thanks a lot.
