moisturizers for loose skin?

I'm Steve, 24. I'm losing weight loss slow, like 1 lb a week, I now go to the gym 6 times a week (3 x cardio, 3x weights) I drink tons of water, I do crunches and planks daily I eat lot's of protein also! But what else could I do to prevent it? moisturizers are apparently good, but can anyone recommend any as I have no idea. (I'm from the UK) Also is dry skin brushing good?
Thanks for any help! But because I have been overweight for 9-10 years... is there a chance that I am doomed anyway? I have stretch marks.
I lost the first 3 stone quick-ish last year, I put one back on, now I'm aiming to lose the remaining 3 nice and slow! (Overall target is to lose 5 stone which was 70lb, around 42 lb to go.)
I realise I made a thread similar to this not long ago, but I would just like to know what helped you tighten skin. Thanks

Hi Steve
As someone who works in the beauty industry I haven't come across a product that lives up to it's hype. You can't really tighten your skin but if you want to improve your skin appearance you can use a moisturiser, one with vitamin e and try bio oil for your stretch marks. They won't disappear completely but can help. Body brush is good for the skin. Good to hear you are lifting weights and doing everything else you can0 -
Find the one called Q10 - Boots should have it and it doesn't look too girly!
Nothing is foolproof, but this one gets good reviews.0 -
Please ignore my silly typo in the title of the thread.... moisturiser* oops
irishblonde20 - That sucks, although I have read mixed views on this already, but I will give it a go anyway just incase, got nothing to lose, right? Thanks for the tips for the stretchmarks & about the brush, very helpful. I wasn't sure about these. Thanks.
melaniecheeks - Thanks for the name and where they sell it, this is the info I've been looking for. Thank you. Great it's not too girly also... :P
Cheers people! This is a great forum, think I'll stick around and post more...0
