New here, not new to dieting...

Hello everyone!

Just figured I'd join in on the conversation here since I'm starting my diet today.

As a little back story, graduated college in dec 2011 at about 214# and out of shape, decided to start lifting weights again due to extra free time and ate almost everything in sight.

Hit ~240 about 3 months later.

Decided to diet down when the gym owner told me I was getting fat.

Lost 53# in about 7 months and have don't two small surplus calorie periods and one small mini cut since then.

So Monday I weighed in at 219.4# and I'm not sure where I'll end up, but here we go...
