Vo2 Testing....? Have you had it done? Any thoughts??

So I have heard about and read about Vo2 testing ( http://www.myhealthmatters.ie/vo2-testing/vo2-treadmill-testing ) and I am seriously contemplating getting one done. It appears from what I have read that it gives you the most pinpoint accurate info as to how many calories you need to lose weight along with the precise fat burning zone, specific to you own body's metabolism, etc.
I have been questioning to myself whether or not I am truly eating the right number of calories due to tiredness and scale moving very slow so I thought this test may be a good idea for me.

The cost isn't that bad... $115 for one test or $210 for both the Vo2 and the RMR.

Would love to know if anyone has had it done and what the results were, compared to the calculations around the web, etc.

Thanks!
