Ha, that moment when you realize that you used over half your calories on breakfast and only have 900 left for the rest of the day...

Get in a good workout and make more room for calories.0

That's me every day. Breakfast is my big meal.0

I usually do that at my lunch, & then have to exercise to get more calories for dinner.0

Yea having a big breakfast kills the rest of the day unless you work some calories off to afford to eat a bigger lunch or dinner0

If you can go for a walk it will surely help. Also drink tons of water and help yourself to lots of green salad.0

I dont worry much about it. I just keep eating close to my goal and work out when i need to.0

Well, there's a saying "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dine like a pauper". So maybe it's not so bad to have an enormous breakfast--it's eating like that the rest of the day you should avoid. I'd just work out a bit extra if I were you.0
