My New Invention: Low Calorie " Cheesecake" Cinnamon Toast

I am super psyched about my latest kitchen creation , and just wanted to share (not just put it in the data base.)

It's pretty healthy and tastes enough like cheesecake to keep me happy when I want something sweet.

It's quick and simple too. All you need is

1) 2 slices Healthy life 35 calorie wheat toast
2) Great Value (or similar) Light Cream Cheese
3) I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Light
4) About a TSP of sugar
5) Ground Cinnamon

Toast your bread to desired darkness.

Make a mixture of the Light "Butter" and Light cream cheese: I use a 1:3 ratio respectively (like half a TBSP Butter and One and half TBSP Cream Cheese)

When toast pops, make cinnamon toast like normal... Spread your butter/cream cheese mix on bread, sprinkle cinnamon, then sugar.

Enjoy! (it helps to toast the bread while it's warm to make the mixture nice and "melty.")

You should check out the cinnamon-flavored Philadelphia Indulgence. 60 calories a tablespoon, and it's crackalicious.
