need suggestions for putting less pressure on m back

Usually I run, squat, jump, etc. I have been instructed to put less pressure on my back for the next week.
I work out at home and don't have ALL of the stuff at gyms, but do have basics and do have weights.
Suggestions on what to do for a week would be outstanding at this point.
I worked out upper body yesterday. Now I am like, duh, what now?
