Need Help

I am using this website from almost one and half month. I am strictly follow the diet and exercise rules. I spend daily 40 minutes on cardio exercise. I am not getting a big change on my belly fat, though I lost approx 8 lbs. Anyone has suggestion?

    Just remember, you cannot really "target" the weight loss. It will always seem to come off in the places you least want it to at first, but hang in there! Over the last year I have lost 40 pounds and I still can't seem to get it off where I want. Do not get discouraged, just keep at it. Watch your sugar intake and keep up the hard work!
