Maintaining Weight Loss

So I've been working out and I was dieting and lost about 70 pounds in a year. I'm now in the maintaining part but I can't seem to stop the weight loss. I exercise 6 days a week. Lift weights for 2 hours a day every other day and run 3 miles the other days. I'm 6', 158 lbs and about 8% body fat. I read that after losing that much weight I should eat about 20% fewer calories than someone for my height/weight/activity level would normally eat. I'm averaging about 2000-2200 calories a day and can't seem to eat much more than that. I don't drink pop and I don't eat candy or cookies or stuff like that. I'm finding it's difficult to get more calories without eating a bunch of junk food. What kind of diets have other people on here used to maintain the weight loss?
