Anyone quit logging food and lose weight?

I don't log my food and in two weeks I've lost 4 pounds. Having said that, I am keeping a food diary at home. I have a bunch of food I know I'm allowed, I know what I need to limit my intake of, and I make sure I have some kind of protein every 2.5 - 3 hours. Plus I'm working out 6 times a week and drinking a tonne of water every day. The only time I'll log food is when I'm planning on eating something that I don't know the nutritional content of. For me calorie counting is such a chore and I really can't be bothered.0
