After a terrible binge, how long to shift weight?

So at the weekend I gained three pounds, after losing five:( It was all because I binged, and just kept eating.
I know it's all water weight, but if I eat well and drink water, how long would this take to shift?

Ps. I have no time to excersise at all :S

So I saw you posted that you eat 700 calories a day. You binge cause you are probably starving and your body needs nutrients. Try upping your calories to help with binging.

As or the weight it will re adjust

If the previous poster is correct that you are only eating 700 calories a day, that is your reason for binging. I only ate 900-1200 calories a day and worked out excessively for an extended period of time with no issues. Then all of a sudden I started having crazy cravings and eating like crazy with no self control. Then I'd over-restrict to try to "make up" for it. Finally I started seeing a nutritionist that told me your body is programmed to survive, so it will do whatever it takes to get what it needs, hence the crazy cravings for fat (I had cut all fat out of my diet) and carbs (for energy to keep going). I've had very little issues since I've upped my calories, unless I eat too little or workout too much.

You will probably not lose that weight. At 700 calories a day, your body will hold on to any fat and any calories it can get so you don't starve to death.

    Go see a dietitian.
