Someone at work today noticed that I'd lost weight...I know you probably can't really see a 4lb loss but it made me feel so good that I had to share it!

I've had people tell me they could tell when I lost 5 lbs also. I called bullsh*t on it but I guess if it makes you feel good, you better take it!!
And be proud of losing weight, no matter how much! 0
