Protein

Hi all,

My protein is set to 45g per day but I seem to be going over this allowance frequently by roughly 20-25g. Is this ok? What are the bad points for eating too much protein?

Thanks :)

I just found this online... mine calculated to 70. :)

How to Calculate Your Protein Needs:

    1. Weight in pounds divided by 2.2 = weight in kg
    2. Weight in kg x 0.8-1.8 gm/kg = protein gm.
