Anyone else "dance challenged?" (in a class/video)

Are there any other women out there who can't do the dance-like
moves in classes or videos? I end up running in place for most of them and
that pretty much cancels out even doing the class/video.
I don't take classes at my gym and lately my DH's schedule has become
so erratic I cannot go to the gym (he has to watch our children while I go) to
lift weights or use the treadmill/elliptical.

The only videos I have that I can mostly keep up with are
the P 90 X ones because they don't use dance moves!
I am the only woman I'm aware of who has this trouble.
You can forget Zumba - I'm not even gonna go there!

    It's just practice. If you do the same class again and again, the moves will become easier to remember and you'll manage better. I agree it's tough to walk into a class that's been going for ages and try to keep up with all the regulars. Don't worry about it too much, just keep up as much as you can, and that goes for videos as well. Do it again and again and they will get easier.

    I'm partly posting to offer support and also to bump it up because I'm sure others can suggest some DVD workouts where the moves are explained clearly and slowly before you are thrown into it.
