Chai spice chia seed pudding!

I just ordered a bag of chia seeds and I'm excited to try out this recipe. Sounds awesomely easy for pudding. Wondering if anyone else can recommend any chia seed recipes (as I'll have a whole bag left if I don't like this recipe xP)

I do over night oatmeal in a jar, I haven't tried it yet (need to order it) but I've read it just takes on the flavor of what you put it in.

i throw a tablespoon into yogurt and eat that. or a teaspoon onto a salad. or in stir frys. my husband throws them into just about anything. they don't have much flavor but they soak up any liquid they're with and turn gelatinous - hence the "pudding" recipes.
