Yeah I know my metabolism is a mess!!! trying to eat foods to help boost...so easy to gain and so had to lose..Also when r u suppose to drink this apple cider vinegar drink? Or just any time and how many a day?0

What are you doing for exercise? Is what you are doing "hard" for you?0

I usually walk about 4 miles a day I add jogging in on it as well..so I walk, jog, then walk..ect.. I do weights not to heavy some 3lb some 5....Can you over exercise... and do u have to eat all the calories? Or can u just eat calories and do some working out just don't know anymore,0

Never drink that drink. You don't need it. It doesn't help one bit.0
