    Found these on Internet and they seemed appropriate...

    1) It is considered bad form to begin playing the hole immediately upon arrival. Experienced players will normally take time to admire the entire green and fairway.

    2) Players are cautioned not to mention other courses they have played or are currently playing to the owner of the course.

    3) Players are encouraged to have proper rain gear, just in case.

    also you gotta pull out quickly so you dont disrupt your rythym. Nothing worst than losing momentum from hole to hole.
