Kind of a newbie to this site.. basically have been playing with the program to see where my speed bumps are in getting my waistline back to normal. I have to wince everytime I enter an indulgence of a Starbucks Latte.. or darn that Einstein's Bagel today.. but it's quite obvious that daily exercise is the key or I'd be back to my birth weight by now. Essentially just saying "hi" to everyone.. :)
