I am very new to this and I am wanting this to work for me. If someone with great knowledge and experience would please take a look at my stats and tell me if I am on the right path.
Height 5'1
Weight 127
Age 32
Body fat 34.3%
Tmf= 77.68
And this is where they lose me TDEE= 2542 (I used a calculator I found on the Internet) based on my daily activity. Which consist of Monday-Saturday workouts. Which they consider 6-7 days a week heavy exercise is this correct?? I can give you a more detailed look into my routine if needed.
So then, I would take my tmf and multiply that by my tdee??
.7768 x 2542 = 1975 (this would be my daily calorie intake to lose weight???)
