Here's a nice, healthy treat...
Sugar, butter, oil, eggs and flour are NOT needed!
4 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/2 cup raisins (optional) Crushed nuts and/or finely sliced dried apricots can also be used.
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Mash the bananas, apple sauce and vanilla to a creamy consistency. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Scoop little spoon fulls on a baking tray, lined with oven bake paper.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes
